PT Trimitra Putra Mandiri is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources operations in Jakarta. You will guide the HR team, set policies, and ensure processes across payroll, recruitment, and compliance align with client needs and industry best practices.

We are a rapidly growing outsourcing and manpower supply company, providing comprehensive workforce solutions across industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and services. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a highly experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
Establish and enforce HR policies, systems, and best practices across the organization.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates for outsourcing projects and internal positions.
Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with client needs and company growth.
Manage payroll processes, employee contracts, and benefits administration in compliance with legal requirements.
Monitor salary structures and compensation practices to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Act as the company’s representative in labor negotiations and dispute resolutions.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and government reporting requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with labor unions, government bodies, and external stakeholders.
Serve as the primary HR contact for clients, ensuring smooth workforce management and service delivery.
Align HR strategies with client expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Implement performance appraisal systems, KPI monitoring, and career development programs.
Promote employee engagement initiatives to foster motivation, productivity, and retention.
Identify training needs and design learning programs to enhance workforce skills and capabilities.
Support leadership development and succession planning for key positions.
Prepare accurate and timely HR reports, including headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, and compliance status.
Utilize HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Must hold a Master’s Degree (S2) in Psychology from an accredited university (mandatory requirement)
Must hold a valid and active SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog)
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong background in outsourcing or manpower supply industry is highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage large-scale workforce operations across multiple client industries.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and government compliance requirements.
Demonstrated experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and negotiations with labor unions.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to design HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
