PT Sinar Cemaramas Abadi in Jakarta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage onboarding, interview processes, and HR operations at our office. The role requires clear communication with stakeholders and a focus on maintaining our company culture.

You will conduct interviews by phone, video, and in person, support HRGA and office administration, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. A Psychology degree and 1–2 years recruiting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience executing various positions and levels.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, including C-level.
• Employer branding experience is a plus.
