Job summary

PT Taka Hydrocore Indonesia is seeking a Finance Supervisor/Staff with a minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting or Economics and 5 years of experience. The role focuses on verifying A/R/A/P/Tax/GL, managing cash flow, ensuring internal controls, and preparing budgeting reports.

Responsibilities

• Verify and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all A/R, A/P, Tax, and General Ledger documents.
• Manage the company's cash flow comprehensively, including processing payments, handling remittances, preparing bank deposits, and ensuring liquidity.
• Implement and enforce internal financial recording practices in accordance with applicable standards and internal controls.
• Prepare financial reports for budgeting purposes and analyze financial performance for management decisions.
• Review and ensure timely submission of financial reports and coordinate with related departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, particularly banking institutions.

Job Description:

Verify and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all A/R, A/P, Tax, and General Ledger documents, including checking supporting documents, reconciling records, and maintaining organized filing for audit and compliance purposes.

Manage the company's cash flow comprehensively, including processing payments, handling remittances, preparing bank deposits, monitoring incoming and outgoing funds, and ensuring sufficient liquidity to support daily operations and business obligations.

Implement and enforce internal financial recording practices in accordance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and company procedures, and ensure all financial activities are properly documented and compliant with internal controls.

Prepare financial reports for budgeting purposes and conduct regular analysis of financial performance, and provide insights and recommendations to support cost control, profitability, and informed decision-making by management.

Review and ensure that all financial reports are completed accurately and submitted on time, and coordinate with related departments to gather necessary data and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, particularly banking institutions, to support the smooth operation of the company's financing activities.

Financial Planning & Analysis: Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive strategic decisions and cost optimization.

Accounting Operations & Compliance: Expert in full-cycle accounting, PSAK/IFRS compliance, and accurate monthly/annual financial closing.

Internal Control & Risk Management: Advanced in designing internal controls, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring audit and governance adherence.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Strong in monitoring cash flow, optimizing working capital, and managing banking relationships for liquidity efficiency.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional in mentoring staff, coordinating with auditors/tax consultants, and influencing cross-functional leaders.
