Solid OD practices, org design, competency frameworks, learning evaluation models, and recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise POD to align talent with growth strategies.
Design and manage end-to-end performance management cycles (KPI/OKR) and calibration.
Oversee strategic recruitment and employer branding to attract engineering and management talent.
Design organizational structures, competency matrices, career paths, and job descriptions.
Execute Training Need Analysis and leadership development programs.
Drive data-informed People Operations via feedback into retention maps.
Oversee HRIS module alignment for data integrity.
