Job summary

PT Multikarya Asia Pasifik Raya is seeking an HR & Organizational Development Supervisor to design and drive annual HCGA plans, budget management, and employee development programs. • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience focusing on Performance Management & Organizational Development.
• Experience in KPI development, performance reviews, and appraisal systems.
• Strong background in Organizational & Learning Development, incl. training and e-learning.
• Proven ability in developing a Competency Dictionary (Kamus Kompetensi).

• Coordinate with stakeholders, training providers, and external parties for program implementation and budget efficiency.

Job description

Develop and manage annual HCGA work plans and budgets, with focus on Training & Development, L&D, OD, and employee performance programs.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop, implement, and evaluate training and employee development programs.

Develop and monitor KPI and Performance Management processes, including target setting, performance evaluation, and improvement plans.

Develop and maintain Job Descriptions, competency requirements, and career development frameworks.

Support Organizational Development initiatives, including manpower planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with organizational needs.

Monitor and analyze training, performance, and development effectiveness and provide recommendations to management.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, management, training providers, and external parties to ensure effective program implementation and budget efficiency.

Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, focusing on Performance Management & Organizational Development.

Experienced in KPI development, Performance Review, and Performance Appraisal systems.

Strong background in Organizational & Learning Development, including training programs and E-Learning systems.

Proven ability in developing Competency Dictionary (Kamus Kompetensi).

Experience in tender support and HR budgeting is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong integrity.
