Job summary

PT. MODA Global Maritim, a premier maritime transport service provider in Indonesia, is seeking a Head of Human Capital to lead HR operations and recruitment across the organization.

You will oversee manpower planning, onboarding, benefits, and HR administration, while guiding policy development and employee development initiatives. Ideal candidate brings 4+ years in HC/HR, strong leadership, and proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, BPJS, HRIS, and performance management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Capital/HR, with solid experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Proven experience in leading and managing an HC/HR team, preferably supervising a team of at least 3 people.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, employee benefits, BPJS, HR administration, and HR policies/SOPs.
• Experience in developing and implementing HC programs and employee development initiatives.
• HR-related certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Human Capital function to ensure effective and efficient HR operations across the organization.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower planning, sourcing, selection, and hiring to onboarding.
• Manage employee benefits and HR administration, including BPJS, leave, attendance, and other employee-related matters.
• Develop and implement HC policies, SOPs, and procedures in line with company objectives and applicable regulations.
• Develop and implement employee development programs to support employee growth and organizational needs.
• Monitor employee performance and support the implementation of performance management processes.
• Maintain and improve HR systems and processes to ensure accurate and efficient HR administration.
• Provide HR support and advice to management and employees regarding HR policies, employee relations, and other people-related matters.
• Monitor HR data and provide regular reports and insights to support management decision-making.
• Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, a positive work culture, and higher employee productivity.

Proven experience in leading and managing an HC/HR team, preferably supervising a team of at least 3 people.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, employee benefits, BPJS, HR administration, and HR policies/SOPs.

Experience in developing and implementing HC programs and employee development initiatives.

HR-related certification is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS, with good adaptability to HR technology and digital tools.

Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

People-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and calm when handling employee-related issues.
