Job summary

PT Jaya Refrigeration Equipment (Midea Indonesia) is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our HR team. You will handle monthly payroll, attendance, and payroll-related data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in payroll or HR administration, knowledge of BPJS and PPh21, strong Excel skills, and good English; Chinese is a plus. This on-site role offers stability and growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and bonuses.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime records, and payroll data.
• Handle BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and PPh 21 administration.
• Prepare payroll reports, salary slips, and reconcile data with Finance.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and respond to employee inquiries.

• Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Good communication in English, can speak Chinese is a plus point

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and bonuses, accurately and on schedule.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime records, and other payroll-related data.
• Handle BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and PPh 21 administration in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports, salary slips, and supporting documents, and reconcile payroll data with Finance.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and respond to employee inquiries regarding salary and payroll discrepancies.
