Job summary

PT. TALENTA DAYAREKA INDONESIA is seeking an HR Development professional to lead training program design and delivery, career path development, and talent management across outlets. You will design and implement programs, develop competency frameworks, and ensure robust performance appraisal processes.

The role requires analyzing HR data, coordinating with all departments, and supporting performance management with clear documentation. Travel to outlets will be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 qualification in Psychology, HR Management, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
• Understanding of Training & Development, Career Path, Talent Management, and Performance Management concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, with high initiative and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to work with teams and communicate effectively.
• Diligent, patient, and focused on achieving targets.
• Willing to travel to outlets.
