• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (written & oral).

Responsibilities

• Review organizational structure on a regular basis based on company needs.
• Review employees' job descriptions in accordance with organizational structure.
• Plan and design suggestions for productivity development.
• Provide suggestions for development and improvement of competencies according to workload and responsibility.
• Provide proposals for development and improvement of rewards and remuneration system.
