Job summary

VENTENY in Indonesia seeks an experienced HR Operations Assistant Manager to oversee core payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, and HRIS data integrity. You will ensure compliance, data accuracy, and timely execution, reporting to HR Management.

You will lead analytical reviews of C&B, support HR budgeting, and address staff inquiries with confidentiality across departments. 4–5 years of HR Ops experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Management, Psychology, Law) or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of HR Operations experience with focus on compensation & benefits and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll taxation.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accurate attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions.
• Manage salary structures, allowances, incentives, and employee benefits per policy.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Coordinate with Finance & Accounting for recording, reconciliation, and timely payroll transactions.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and support HR budgeting and analytical reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll, compensation, and benefits inquiries.
