Job summary

PT Inovasi Terdepan Nusantara is seeking an HR Operations and Payroll professional to execute end-to-end payroll processes with absolute accuracy, manage compliance with BPJS and PPh 21, and oversee benefits administration. You will support data-driven decision-making and ensure timely reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR Operations experience, strong Excel/HRIS skills, and the ability to coordinate with external vendors while maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Economic.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations and Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law including UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS, and PPh 21.
• Familiarity with job evaluation, grading frameworks, and market competitiveness analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with meticulous data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy in calculation, payment, overtime, and attendance reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations for statutory deductions (BPJS and PPh 21).
• Oversee daily employee benefits administration, including medical claims, reimbursements, and leave management.
• Support Head of HRGA with operational data and insights for Compensation & Benefits programs.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, bookings, visas, and expense reimbursements.
• Generate and maintain routine HR reports focusing on payroll, compensation, attendance, headcount, and administration.
• Act as primary contact for external vendors (insurance, expatriate services, travel management).
• Audit and maintain HRIS data with strict confidentiality and policy compliance.
• Ensure HR administrative processes align with government regulations.
