Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in a unionized environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HQ HR Manager in developing HR strategies and policies.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and employment agreements.
• Assist in compensation, benefits design, and payroll accuracy.
• Guide performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
• Coordinate training needs with department managers and ensure program effectiveness.
• Manage employee engagement, relations, and compliance with labor regulations and CBAs.
• Promote HSE practices and maintain confidential personnel records.
