We're Hiring: HR GA Senior Manager!

Role: HR GA Senior Manager
What You'll Do:
- Lead local HR operations and compliance for the Bali team, ensuring alignment with Indonesian labour, employment, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits administration, including salary calculation, tax withholding, BPJS contributions, and timely statutory payments.
- Oversee local recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate selection, and onboarding programs aligned with the global People framework.
- Handle employee relations matters as the primary local HR contact, including disciplinary procedures such as SP1, SP2, and SP3, with complex matters escalated to the Head of People.
- Manage employee offboarding and termination processes, including severance/pesangon calculations, required documentation, notice periods, and compliance with Indonesian employment regulations.
- Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts, including PKWT and PKWTT, ensuring compliance with labour regulations, company policies, and relevant Disnaker requirements.
- Manage expatriate HR administration, including KITAS processing and renewals and other related immigration and compliance requirements.
- Oversee attendance, leave, absenteeism, and overtime, ensuring compliance with company policies and legally permitted working hours.
- Advise management on local HR and employment matters, highlighting potential compliance issues and ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Act as the local HR representative/spokesperson, coordinating with the global Head of People on HR policies, employee matters, and local implementation
- Manage BPJS administration for both BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, including employee enrolment, termination, and updates to employee status or salary through SIPP and e-Dabu.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, covering personal data, payroll, tax, and BPJS information in accordance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).
- Prepare and submit mandatory manpower reports, including WLKP reporting to the Ministry of Manpower within the required deadlines.
- Review and update HR policies and SOPs to ensure alignment with the latest Indonesian employment regulations and actual business operations, in coordination with the Head of People.
- Manage statutory employee payments, including THR and PKWT compensation, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payment in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Manage the Company Regulation (Peraturan Perusahaan), including drafting, registration, maintenance, renewal, and re-registration with the relevant Disnaker authorities.
General Affair & Administration:
Oversee day-to-day General Affairs operations for the Bali offices, including office facilities, maintenance, supplies, and workplace requirements.
- Conduct due diligence for new office and store locations, including reviewing lease/purchase agreements, verifying property ownership and landlord authority, assessing commercial terms, and identifying potential legal or financial risks.
- Lead office and store lease negotiations, covering rental rates, contractual terms, addenda, and required consent letters to safeguard the company’s occupancy rights.
- Coordinate employee travel and relocation arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and other related logistics.
- Maintain organized administrative documentation and correspondence supporting the company’s local operations.
- Plan and coordinate local employee activities and events, ensuring alignment with the company’s global People calendar and initiatives.
