Job summary

Bali Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Leader to manage a small HR team in Bali. You will lead 2 HR Specialists, ensure high-quality HR service delivery for client accounts, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize HR processes and workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR with leadership experience, strong HR knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The role requires proficient English and the ability to work with diverse client accounts in Bali.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and employee relations.
• Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage 2 HR Specialists.

Bali Staff Solutions is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Leader to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will lead a team of HR Specialists, manage HR services for client accounts, and work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure effective and professional HR service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage 2 HR Specialists
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to the HR team
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews

• Work with the Project Manager to improve HR processes, systems, and workflows

About you

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in an HR leadership or supervisory role
• Previous experience managing or supervising an HR team
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and employee relations
• Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations and HR practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate professionally with clients and employees
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with different departments
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
