Job summary

PT HEYRCG BISA SABI is seeking an HR Administration professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and people operations within a dynamic creative agency. You will handle job postings, contract preparation, payroll support, and serve as the main contact for employee inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Bali, you will work on-site at the Kuta Utara office and contribute to team-building, wellness initiatives, and a positive employee experience while maintaining strict confidentiality

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in HR Administration, HR Coordination, or People Operations.
• Fluent written and spoken English to support international client teams and internal communications
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and HRIS/ATS platforms
• High attention to detail with ability to ensure zero errors in employment contracts, records, and monthly payroll data
• Fast and empathetic execution with ability to process candidate pipelines quickly and resolve employee requests with clear, supportive communication
• Prior HR experience within a digital marketing agency, creative environment, or tech startup (preferred)
• Must be based in Bali and available to work on-site at Kuta Utara office daily

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings, application screening, interview scheduling, contract preparation, tool setup, and candidate onboarding
• Maintain personnel records, track attendance and leave, assist leadership with monthly payroll prep, and draft contractor agreements
• Coordinate team-building events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily employee inquiries
• Process candidate pipelines quickly and resolve employee requests with clear, supportive communication
• Maintain absolute discretion with sensitive employee data while proactively managing daily HR tasks with minimal supervision
