Job summary

PT. KMS Corp. Office Bali is seeking a Human Resources Assistant Manager to support the HR Manager across multiple HR functions. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and policy implementation, ensuring compliance and smooth HR operations.

The role requires a solid HR foundation, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment at the Jimbaran, Bali location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and employment laws.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and selection, including posting, screening, and interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Assist with offboarding, including exit interviews and paperwork.
• Support implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with performance management initiatives and development plans.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and training coordination.
