Job summary

PT Global Bintang Property in Jakarta is seeking an HR Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. The role requires managing training, HR reporting, and ensuring legal compliance, with Mandarin language proficiency a plus.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in HR leadership, strong character, and the ability to translate documents when necessary to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR managerial/supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of labor regulations and payroll management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Firm, disciplined, and has a strong character.
• Able to communicate (spoken) and write in Mandarin.
