Job summary

PT Good Sale Tech seeks an accomplished HR leader to steer the people strategy across Indonesia’s corporate, commercial, retail and distribution operations. You will shape organizational design, leadership development, and talent management to deliver sustainable growth.

You will oversee payroll, compliance with Indonesian regulations, and cost optimization while fostering a high-performance culture across head office and retail sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG/beauty/retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, compensation and benefits, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Align HR initiatives with business objectives, growth plans, and organizational priorities.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent to support business expansion, sales growth, and retail operations.
• Drive organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Manage salary structures, incentives, benefits, performance-based rewards, and personnel cost optimization.
• Strengthen leadership, sales capabilities, product knowledge, customer service, and retail excellence.

About the role

Lead the overall HR strategy to support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence across corporate, commercial, retail, and distribution operations in Indonesia. A strategic and commercially minded HR leader who can build a high-performing organization, strengthen talent capabilities, optimize workforce costs, and support sustainable business growth in Indonesia's competitive beauty and retail market.

Key responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, and talent management
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational development, workforce optimization, and change management
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities
