Job summary

The role focuses on building a high-performing organization, optimizing workforce costs, and supporting sustainable growth in a competitive beauty and retail market.

The candidate will align HR initiatives with business objectives, lead succession planning and leadership development, and manage compensation and benefits while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, psychology, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or multi-outlet retail.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, and talent management.
• Expertise in organizational development, workforce optimization, and change management.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and compliance with Indonesian employment regulations.
• Oversee payroll, HR administration, HR systems, BPJS, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Foster a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and retention across head office and retail locations.
