Job summary

Smileworks Dental Care is seeking an hands-on HR lead to run HR for the clinic and report to the CEO. You’ll handle end-to-end people operations across recruitment, payroll, contracts, and employee relations.

In this role you will build SOPs, KPIs, and incentives, develop a compassionate people agenda, ensure labor-law compliant policies, and guide the team through growth while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, including 1+ years as HR Supervisor or Manager.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, BPJS, contracts (PKWT/PKWTT) and disciplinary cases.
• Up to date on Indonesian labor law (UU Cipta Kerja and its PP).
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in HR, Psychology, Management, Law or similar.
• Good with Excel or Google Sheets.

• Payroll & admin: payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, BPJS, contracts and employee files. Compensation and benefits system development.
• Performance: SOP Building and development, build and run KPIs, performance reviews and our KPI-based incentives.
