Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking an experienced HR professional in Indonesia to oversee employee relations, onboarding, payroll, and records management. You will ensure accurate HR data, administer benefits, and support policy guidance across multinational teams.

You will collaborate with managers to address employee relations and drive compensation and benefits initiatives, using HRIS and ATS to analyze data and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years HR experience focusing on employee relations, talent management, or compensation and benefits.
• Experience in a multinational company with diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Experience using HRIS and ATS to manage employee data.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs, including payroll, taxation, enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Partner with managers to address employee relations and policy guidance.

• Administer Employee Benefits Programs, Including Payroll, Taxation, Enrollment, Changes, And Terminations
• Conduct New Employee Orientations And Facilitate Onboarding Activities, And Handle The Performance
• Maintain Accurate And Up-to-date Employee Records, Including Personnel Files And HRIS Data
• Partner With Managers To Address Employee Relations Issues And Provide Guidance On Company Policies And Procedures
• Support Talent Acquisition Efforts By Sourcing Candidates, Screening Resumes, And Coordinating Interviews

Requirement

• 5-8 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and/or compensation and benefits
• Background working in a multinational company with an understanding of cultural differences and best practices for working with diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills, including a professional level of English proficiency in both verbal and written communication
• Proven experience in using HRIS and ATS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making
