Job summary

PT Sea Group is seeking a proactive HR/Recruitment Coordinator to support recruiters, map talent, and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the organisation. You will also help with internal engagement events and communications, contributing to a first-class employee experience.

Majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or IT, you bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or IT equivalent field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and actively source suitable candidates.
• Conduct talent mapping to analyze the talent landscape and identify potential candidates.
• Provide end to end support of key recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, planning logistics and coordinating candidate communications.
• Support the team in internal engagement events.
• Assist in preparing communication materials for internal communication channels.
• Support in ad-hoc tasks and projects for other HR verticals as required.
