Job summary

PT POLYPLEX FILMS INDONESIA is seeking an HR Industrial Relations & Compliance Specialist to manage industrial relations, discipline, regulatory compliance, and expatriate/TKA administration in the Serang area.

The role also leads employee engagement, CSR activities, and liaison with government bodies, requiring a law/HR background and 4–6 years of experience, strong English, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR, employee relations, industrial relations, or expatriate/TKA administration.
• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate with employees, government institutions, and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Handle industrial relations, including employee discipline, warning letters, bipartite mediation and termination processes per regulations.
• Ensure company compliance with labor laws, company regulations/CBA and mandatory manpower reports.
• Manage TKA administration: RPTKA, visas, KITAS/KITAP, permit renewals, and coordination with immigration and manpower authorities.
• Plan and run employee engagement programs, including events, recognition programs, engagement surveys, and internal communications.
• Plan and coordinate CSR activities, including reporting and community/government relations.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Psychology, HR Management, or a related field

Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR, employee relations, industrial relations, or expatriate/TKA administration.

Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with employees, government institutions, and third parties.

Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work in Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande, Serang, Banten.

The Company is in the process of setting up a greenfield PET Film Line with the capacity of 44,000 metric tons per annum along with upstream Resin Plant and downstream Metallizing Plant. The commercial production is expected to start in mid - 2019. It will be located in an industrial estate in Serang towards west of Jakarta and cater mainly the domestic market in Indonesia and also the regional / other export markets.
