Asia Pulp and Paper Group (APP) is one of the world’s largest pulp and paper companies with operations across Indonesia. We are seeking an HR Officer to be based in Karawang, West Java, focusing on compliance with Indonesian employment laws and strong HR policy application.
Candidates should have at least five years in the field, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP S/4HANA.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field, preferably within the manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and Indonesian employment laws
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Familiar and experienced in using Computer : Word, Excel, Power Point, and SAP S/4 HANA systems
Able to communicate in English is an advantage
Having a PERADI/KAI/IKADIN-licensed advocate is also a plus point
Willing to work and stay in Karawang West Java
