Job summary

PT Miniso Lifestyle Trading Indonesia (Miniso Indonesia) is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end human resources activities in Jakarta. The role covers recruitment, administration, compensation, payroll, industrial relations, and employee relations.

You will maintain HRIS data, support HR reporting and annual evaluations, and work with HR colleagues to harmonize practices across the department, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Law, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as HR Generalist, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, speaking and writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, HRIS, and payroll systems.
• Experience with Lark/Feishu OA in daily tasks.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, personnel administration, compensation and benefits, payroll, IR and ER.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data in compliance with internal standards.

Job description

Responsible for every aspect of human resource management, such as : recruitment, personnel administration, compensation & benefit, payroll, industrial relation & employee relation.

Maintain accurate data in HRIS systems in compliance with internal standards.

Assisting the Head of HR in preparing and managing HR reports, employee performance analysis, and annual employee evaluations.

Collaborate with HR colleagues to support consistent HR practices across the department.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management / Law or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience as HR Generalist, from retail industry will be an advantage.

Fluency in both Mandarin & English (spoken and written).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, HRIS & Payroll system.

Familiar in using Lark / Feishu & OA in daily work tasks.

Has good personal ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
