Job summary

PT Miniso Lifestyle Trading Indonesia (Miniso Indonesia) is seeking an Accounting Staff to prepare journal entries, close monthly books, and maintain general ledger accuracy at our Jakarta office. You will handle accounts payable/receivable, VAT and WHT calculations, and assist with audits while ensuring compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.

English is required, Mandarin preferred; SAP or Oracle experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Accounting Staff.
• Familiarity with FINA, Accurate, Local GAAP, IFRS.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance and tax.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account analyses, and account reconciliations, while assisting with monthly closing process.
• Maintain accurate financial reports, accounting records, and general ledger accounts.

• Support internal/external audit by providing necessary information and documentation.

• Experienced in handling CIT, including tax calculation, reporting, and related compliance activities.

Job description

Monitor accounts payable and receivable, including cash outflows and inflows.

Support internal/external audit by providing necessary information and documentation.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies.

Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and validity of documents for all payment transactions.

Perform and review tax calculations, VAT & WHT Article 23, 21, and 4(2).

Experienced in handling CIT, including tax calculation, reporting, and related compliance activities.

REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience as Accounting Staff in the related field will be preferred.

Familiarity with FINA, Accurate, Local GAAP, IFRS will be preferred

Familiarity with SAP or Oracle will be preferred

Excellent knowledge of Accounting, Finance and Tax.

Good communication skills in English (Mandarins skill is an advantage).

Good computer skills, especially Ms. Office (Excel) & accounting software/application.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and good interpersonal skills. Proactive, responsible, and highly organized.

Able to perform effectively under pressure.
