Job summary

PT Miniso Lifestyle Trading Indonesia (Miniso Indonesia) is seeking an Administrative and Operational Assistant to support the Regional Manager with reports, presentations, and daily business documents, based in Surabaya.

You will translate during meetings, train sessions, and store visits, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, and conduct store inspections to ensure smooth operations. Fresh graduates are welcome; 2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Administrative/Operational role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong administration skills are welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Excellent command of Mandarin.
• Willing to travel for business and relocation or rotation as needed.
• Work location: Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Manager with reports, presentations, and business documents.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the management team.

Provide administrative and operational support to the management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Translate and interpret during meetings, training sessions, store visits, briefings, and operational discussions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency

Conduct store inspections to ensure the store operational has runs smoothly

Perform other administrative and operational duties as required

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of working experience in an Administrative and/or Operational role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Fresh graduates with strong administration skills are welcome to apply

Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin

Proficient in the use of office productivity tools, such as MS Office suite

Passionate about the retail industry environment

Good interpersonal skills, communicative, flexible, and adaptable

Willing to do business trips and relocation or rotation based on company needs
