Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or administrative role.
• Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: posting ads, screening resumes, interviews, background checks.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and conduct new hire orientations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and files.
• Administer benefits programs and leave management.
• Support payroll data collection and verification.
• Assist in HR reports and analyses as required.
• Handle employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits.
• Support performance management and review tracking.
• Coordinate HR events and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
