JACKO ECO TECHNOLOGIES in Jakarta is hiring an HRGA Staff to manage HR, payroll data, employee records and related compliance. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and separations, ensuring accuracy in attendance, leave, overtime and payroll data.

Strong confidentiality and coordination with finance are essential. The role requires 2+ years in HR/administration, familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, BPJS and related processes, and the ability to screen resumes and

Qualificações

• HR-related degree or formal training preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Familiarity with labour contracts, attendance, payroll data and records management.

Responsabilidades

• Post job offers, screen resumes, contact candidates and arrange interviews according to needs of each department.
• Responsible for entry, promotion, transfer, renewal and separation procedures for employees.
• Establish and maintain employee files, labour contracts, identity documents, bank accounts and other personnel information.
• Responsible for monthly attendance, late arrivals, leave, overtime, travel and other data statistics and reconciliations.
• Compile monthly salary, bonus, subsidies and deductions data and submit to finance.
• Register employees at BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and manage data.
• Assist in enforcing company regulations, provide induction training and explain systems to employees.
• Coordinate and manage office supplies, dormitories, vehicles, cleaning and daily administrative affairs.
