Job summary

PT. JARWINN FELICITI HOTAPEA is seeking an HR Staff/Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee administration, onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, and HR programs. The role requires a minimum 1–2 years of HR experience and a solid grasp of labor law, BPJS, and payroll processes.

On-site work is required, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills essential for data management. You will maintain confidential employee records, support payroll tasks, and contribute to HR initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as HR Staff/HR Generalist.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Basic understanding of labor law, BPJS, payroll, and HR administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offers.
• Manage employee administration and database.
• Prepare onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support payroll processes and attendance/leave/benefits admin.
• Handle HR administration and employee relations needs.
• Keep employee documents up-to-date and organized.
• Assist in implementing company HR activities and programs.
