Job summary

PT Greenfield Work and Flow is seeking a motivated HR professional to join our Bali team. The role covers recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain confidential employee records, support onboarding and probation monitoring, and collaborate with departments while applying Indonesian labor guidelines. Proficiency in English and MS Office is essential, with HRIS/Odoo experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Law or related field.
• 1 year of HR experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome with strong HR knowledge.
• Familiar with recruitment, employee administration, attendance, contracts and employee relations.
• Understand Indonesian labor regulations and HR procedures.
• Experience with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; HRIS or Odoo experience is a plus.
• Good communication, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with the team.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment processes including candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and probation monitoring.
• Maintain employee documents and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
• Support employee administration, attendance tracking, and contract management.
• Communicate effectively with employees across departments and levels.
• Adhere to Indonesian labor regulations and HR procedures; learn new HR systems as needed.
