Job summary

Kimya Architect is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee data, attendance, and performance processes. The role involves developing SOPs, coordinating with management, and ensuring HR compliance.

The candidate should have a relevant degree, HR experience is a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. The position is full-time and based at our Jakarta site with potential HR responsibilities across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR/HRD is a plus.
• Understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Detail oriented, confidential, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment processes from job posting, CV screening, interviews to employee onboarding
• Manage employee data and administration
• Monitor attendance, leave requests, time off, and employee discipline
• Assist with employee performance evaluations
• Develop SOPs, job descriptions, and HR administrative requirements
• Establish good communication and coordination between employees and management
• Assist with handling HR-related needs and issues
• Prepare periodic HR reports for management
