Job summary

Kimya Architect is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee data, attendance, and performance processes. The role involves developing SOPs, coordinating with management, and ensuring HR compliance.

The candidate should have a relevant degree, HR experience is a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. The position is full-time and based at our Jakarta site with potential HR responsibilities across projects.

Qualifications

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Administration, or related field


• Experience as HR/HRD is a plus


• Understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Detail-oriented, assertive, disciplined, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of company data


• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace


• Able to work independently and in teams


• Good initiative and problem-solving abilities


• Willing to work full-time and be placed at PIK 2, Tangerang


• Understanding of HRIS, payroll, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan/Kesehatan, and labour regulations is a plus


• Experience in recruitment for contractor, architecture, interior, or construction companies is a plus
