Job summary

PT Global Yimi Cargo (J&T Cargo) is seeking an HR assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping in our Indonesia operations. You will screen applications, coordinate interviews, and help ensure compliance with HR policies.

You will also assist with payroll, benefits, and staff development programs, while collaborating with the HR team to implement strategies that boost engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with all levels.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding, including screening applications and coordinating interviews.
