Job summary

PT Jui Shin Indonesia (Semen Garuda) is seeking an HR Generalist to manage daily HR activities, oversee recruitment, onboarding, attendance, contracts, and personnel records, and coordinate employee relations in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

The role is based in Karawang with on-site work and a Monday–Saturday schedule. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field and solid knowledge of HR operations and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administration.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily HR activities and administrative processes.
• Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Manage attendance, leaves, contracts, and personnel records.
• Coordinate employee relations and HR-related issues.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with laws.
• Support performance appraisal and employee development programs.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate data.
• Coordinate with management and other departments on HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
