Job summary

PT Sony Indonesia is seeking an HR Generalist to manage daily HR admin, records, and documentation at our Jakarta site. The role supports recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and internal communications, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR related field and at least four years of HR Generalist/Operations experience, with strong English and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities, including employee records, HR documentation, and personnel data.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
• Manage end to end process recruitment activities.
• Support employee relations activities and assist in handling employee concerns.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance, leave, and other HR-related programs.
• Support the planning and implementation of employee training and development programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and company events.
