Job summary

PT Glory Ocean Logistics Indonesia is seeking an HR Generalist – Mandarin Speaker to join our Setiabudi, South Jakarta team on a full-time basis. The role requires at least 3 years in HR, solid knowledge of Indonesian labour regulations, and Mandarin communication skills.

You will handle daily HR operations including recruitment, payroll administration, BPJS, employee records, and HR compliance, coordinating with local and international teams in a growing logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources / HR Generalist
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, both spoken and written
• Good understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR practices
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, BPJS, employee administration, and employee relations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Well-organised, responsible, and able to work independently
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or multinational companies is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Handle end to end recruitment, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Communicate with Mandarin speaking employees and stakeholders when required
• Handle payroll administration, attendance, leave, BPJS, and employee records
• Maintain employee documents and HR databases
• Support employee relations and performance management
• Prepare and maintain HR policies, procedures, employment contracts, and other HR documents
• Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian labour regulations
• Coordinate employee training and development activities
• Prepare regular HR reports for management
• Support other HR and general administrative activities as required

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Generalist – Mandarin Speaker to join our team in Setiabudi, South Jakarta on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HR experience, good knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations, and is able to communicate in Mandarin.

You will handle daily HR operations including recruitment, payroll administration, BPJS, employee records, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end to end recruitment, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
