• Develop recruitment strategies, manage hiring processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Handle employee relations, foster a positive work environment, and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Plan and deliver training programs, manage performance reviews, and encourage employee development.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
• Lead the HR team, use HR data for decision-making, and align HR strategies with business goals.
• Enhancing the company's branding on social media as a campaign for recruitment.

Job Requirement

• Experience as HR Generalist : recruitment, legal aspects related to employment, payroll, taxes, including BPJS Health and BPJS Employment regulations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and people development
• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
• Ability to create and analyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Experience in OutSourcing Services
• Experience working or collaboration with another country is a plus
• Speaking English is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
