Job summary

Timo is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead HR initiatives for the Indonesia branch and the Southeast Asia regional hub. You will partner with the SEA Business Head to shape organizational and talent strategies that enable regional growth across Indonesia and 3 other SEA markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HRBP.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment practices; English as working language.

You will partner closely with the Southeast Asia Business Head to drive organizational and talent strategies that support regional business growth.

1. Act as HR partner to the Southeast Asia Business Head, understand business strategy and talent needs, and provide HR solutions.
2. Support HR work across Indonesia and 3 Southeast Asian countries, driving implementation of HQ HR policies, processes, and programs.
3. Manage day-to-day HR work including recruitment, employee relations, performance, and talent development, leading a small team to deliver results.
4. Identify regional talent and organizational risks and drive resolution.
5. Stay updated on local labor laws and employment compliance to mitigate HR risks.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HRBP.
2. Familiar with at least two HR modules such as recruitment, employee relations, performance, or talent development.
3. Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment practices; English as a working language.
4. Strong business acumen, communication, and influencing skills; able to build trust with business leaders.
5. Experience managing or coaching a small team of 1-3 people.
6. Resilient under pressure, adaptable to cross-cultural environments, and open to regional travel.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting Southeast Asia or overseas markets.
• Experience building regional HR systems from scratch or supporting rapid business expansion.
• Familiarity with employment compliance, visas, and compensation & benefits across multiple Southeast Asian countries.
