Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
• 7–10 years of HR and General Affairs experience, with at least 3 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and industrial relations.
• Proficient in HRIS, payroll management, and SOP creation.
• Experience in training needs analysis and internal training development.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• High initiative, interpersonal skills, results-oriented, and culture-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, retail, and manufacturing roles.
• Update organizational structures, design job descriptions, and set KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and maintain harmonious employee relations.
• Oversee training needs analysis and design internal training programs.
• Manage site facilities, security, assets, and labor-related permits.
