About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their facilities in Tangerang, Banten . This critical role involves managing a team of production operators and technicians to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable production of oil and gas. The Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring production processes, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing best practices to optimize output and minimize downtime.
