Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of oil and gas production operations experience.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment (pumps, separators, compressors) and instrumentation.
• Legally eligible to work in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct production operators and technicians.
• Monitor production processes for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and work permits.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.
• Manage production schedules and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections.
• Oversee maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance teams.
