Job summary

Pt. Berani Merintis Sejahtera is seeking a Production Engineer focused on Operational Efficiency at our Tangerang facility. The role involves optimizing production processes, driving throughput improvements, and reducing waste through data-driven analysis.

You will work on-site and contribute to remote analysis and reporting to sustain operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a background in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, 4+ years of experience, and strong Lean Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or similar field.
• 4+ years of experience in production engineering or related operational role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with production planning/scheduling software is a plus.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production line performance to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Create and update SOPs and work instructions for production staff.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to maintain product quality.
• Monitor KPIs and report findings to management.
• Support introduction of new products or processes in production.
