Qualifications

• 7+ years of oil and gas production operations experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas production processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the activities of production operators and technicians.
• Monitor all aspects of the production process, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and work permits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems, equipment malfunctions, and process deviations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.
• Manage production schedules and optimize resource allocation.
• Conduct regular inspections of production facilities and equipment.
• Oversee routine maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Provide training and mentorship to production staff.
