About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their facilities in Tangerang, Banten . This critical role involves managing a team of production operators and technicians to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable production of oil and gas. The Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring production processes, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing best practices to optimize output and minimize downtime. A strong understanding of production equipment, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance is essential. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team in a challenging operational environment and contribute directly to the company's production targets in the Banten region. We are looking for a proactive leader with a proven track record in operational management and a commitment to safety and performance excellence. • Knowledge of safety regulations, emergency procedures, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Experience in the Tangerang area is a plus.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
