Job summary

Kaleka is seeking an experienced HR & GA Manager to lead HR strategy and operations across Bali and Bogor, while managing general administration and facilities.

Location options include Denpasar head office or a hybrid Bogor office; the role requires 3–5+ years HR experience, knowledge of Indonesian labor law, and strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy & operations, including policies/SOPs, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee development & relations.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and maintain proper employment documentation.
• Oversee office facilities, assets, procurement, and general operations for our Bali & Bogor offices.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, internal events, training, and staff mobility.
• Support legal & institutional administration, including permits, MoU/PKS, contracts, and coordination with external counsel.

About the role

Kaleka is now looking for an experienced HR & GA Manager to join our team. The role involves leading HR strategy and operations across our offices in Bali and Bogor, while managing general administration and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy & operations, including policies/SOPs, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee development & relations
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and maintain proper employment documentation
• Oversee office facilities, assets, procurement, and general operations for our Bali & Bogor offices

About you

• Degree in Law, Psychology, or Management
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to GA/office operations or procurement
• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• High integrity and attention to detail

Location: Denpasar HO, or negotiable Bogor Office and hybrid.
