Job summary

Seraphim Digital Technology is seeking an HR Development specialist to lead recruitment, performance management, L&D, and engagement initiatives at our Jakarta Barat onsite office. You will collaborate with stakeholders to build competency frameworks and drive people-centric programs in a cybersecurity-focused company.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field and 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP/OD and IT industry insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR-related fields and 2+ years HR experience.
• Experience in Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Talent Development.
• HRBP/Organizational Development experience preferred.
• Cybersecurity or IT industry experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Monitoring and evaluating employee performance and KPI results.
• Supporting data analysis and developing KPI dashboards to support decision-making.
• Developing and maintaining competency frameworks and competency dictionaries.
• Identifying key functional competencies and ensuring competency modules are well-documented and updated.
• Coordinating and monitoring Learning & Development programs, including post-training evaluations.
• Developing and executing employee engagement and culture programs.
• Fostering a productive, positive, and engaging work environment.

We're looking for HR Development to join our team with requirement as follow:

Job Responsibilities:

Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Monitoring and evaluating employee performance and KPI results.
