The candidate will recruit, train, and mentor professionals, driving a culture of innovation and excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions across the product and service ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in the IT security sector, preferably in Presales/Consulting/Technical Sales roles with a track record of managing complex projects.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, product design, and architecture design in the cybersecurity domain.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams - experience in managing and leading a team in the last 5 years of tenure.
