Eastlync Technology Indonesia is looking for a proactive, dedicated, and organized HR Staff to join our growing Human Resources team in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta East.
In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and performance support. You will not only assist with operational HR tasks but also actively contribute to building a positive culture, optimizing HR processes, and driving employee engagement across the organization.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires and manage smooth offboarding processes for departing team members.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, foster positive workplace relations, and assist in organizing company events and culture-building initiatives.
HR Operations & Personnel Administration: Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, employment contracts, offer letters, and leave/attendance data with strict confidentiality.
Performance & Development: Support the execution of performance evaluation cycles and assist in coordinating training and development programs.
Policy & Compliance: Help communicate, implement, and maintain compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations (Manpower Law).
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a reliable liaison between HR and other departments to ensure effective communication and adherence to HR processes.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR Staff, HR Generalist, or similar human resources role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and general HR best practices.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high level of empathy and discretion.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multi-tasking demands in a dynamic environment.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Language: Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
