Job summary

HOSHŌ DIGITAL Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Licensing Executive based in Bandung, Indonesia to support licensing, regulatory, and administrative requirements.

You will research regulations, coordinate licensing processes, maintain documentation, and work closely with government authorities and Singapore HQ. The role requires 1–3 years in licensing or regulatory affairs, a Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Location: Bandung, Indonesia and on-site work.
• Professional working English (written and spoken).
• 1–3 years in licensing, regulatory affairs, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, or related field.
• Strong research, documentation, analytical, and regulatory coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with licensing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory research of Indonesian licensing, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate business licensing, registrations, permits, and related processes.
• Prepare, organise, and maintain regulatory documents.
• Maintain trackers for applications, renewals, deadlines, and compliance.
• Liaise with government agencies, legal consultants, notaries, and stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and report updates to management.
• Support company registration, office establishment, and related projects.
• Provide regular licensing status updates to management and HQ.
